Vilebrequin specifically designed to work the Ø40mm pistons of our high RF50WR engines.
The race is 39.7mm, and it is equipped with the new Forged Boiler Entraxe 85mm, with CNC contouring cover, to control and ensure respect for the thicknesses around the head and foot of biella.
The maneton has a diameter of 18mm, and the bucket head cage has been made especially according to our plans.
Indeed, this cage, whose hands are free (like any real Racing cage), has the following dimensions: Ø18xØ24x11.8 , while the usual dimensions of a cage for Ø18mm are Ø18xØ24x15.
Why did you make a bucket and a cage narrower than the "normal"? Simply to increase the maneton's rim width in the crankshaft masses ( 1.5mm on each side), and thus significantly increase the rigidity of the vilebrequin.
