Here is the special long stroke 48.00mm BIDALOT Racing Factory crankshaft for mécaboite driving DERBI euro 3 and 4. Designed and studied to accompany the high engine BIDALOT Racing Factory 94cc, its finish is the most upscale on the market and its assembly will require machining housings for the passage of clearly enlarged masses Equipped with a 95mm connecting rod cut in the mass with a specific treatment with titanium nitride, polished finish and placed on anti-friction washers in bronze.
Its resistance is such that it can withstand the highest engine speeds without difficulty! Thanks to its 48mm stroke, you will increase the displacement depending on the cylinder installed, 94cc for the Ø50mm BIDALOT Racing Factory. The bristles of this crankshaft are Ø20mm in diameter, you will need to install the special celeron BIDALOT bearings. The masses have been increased to a diameter of Ø80mm instead of 77mm for an original crankshaft. The total mass of the crankshaft is increased, which means much greater inertia and much higher engine torque!
As specified above, however, you will have to carry out machining work on the crankcases to be able to fit this crankshaft, BIDALOT offers a PDF manual that we have placed in a downloadable link.
