Here are TEKNIX crankcases for MOTOBECANE AV7 motor moped 88, AV44, 40 ... Admission on the cylinder, 2 transfers. Ideal to start again on a new engine, they are not very expensive, they are however delivered 100% complete with seal, bearings, spy seals, screws, studs….
The alloy is of very good quality! Side internal finish, we saw better ... Much better even! They will ask to be well finished and well cleaned before assembly!
The exterior finish, that of the joint faces…. Is perfect. As strange as it may sound, the bearings are pre-assembled.
We simply recommend that you upon receipt of:
1- heat the casings
2- remove the bearings and spy joints
3- make a good finish / deburring
4- complete cleaning with gasoline of the housings and bearings
5- heat the crankcase again and reassemble the spy, bearings (previously placed on the crankshaft) ...
