I put here these casings has informational purposes, not for sale, we are passionate before being vendor and these casings are ultra rare, the last two having been made! Pictures of these new casings are scarce and non-existent on the internet.
These casings has the time running in Group 2 competition hence the name "G2 Europe" given by some, they are for engine MBK 51 / AV10 therefore magnum racing, swing, club. The date of manufacture of the casings photographed here is 19/06/1992 nonetheless.
These are very studied housings for the competition, they are big admission, the admission has a direct passage studied, valves 6 0.30mm fiberglass blades, an aluminum intake pipe for installation in a rigid PHBG Ø21mm (Ø24mm fixing).
On the housing side is indicated the name of admission (Six system by valves MALOSSI motori) on our housings we asked a flexible adjustable pipe MALOSSI MINARELLI AM6 / DERBI as the picture shows:
So we venturisés (diffuser house) the valves and posed 0.35mm carbon strips. Mounting a pipe minarelli am6 is done without changes and provides an external carburettor 25 or even 28mm soft! The transfers are perfectly aligned to the MALOSSI G2 kit because these casings were planned for this high engine.
No matter additions has shalt make no retouching or otherwise ... The crankshaft passage is polished in the rules of art and admission is finely blasted to avoid the rebounds of gases. The alloy used has nothing do with the POLINI, the study and performance either ..
Aesthetic level they are really beautiful too! They are intended for bearings size origin, crankshafts original size as malossi example. You should also ask original oil seal.
