  • Cylinder-piston couplings with a coupling tolerance of 0.05 mm.

  • Recalculated and enlarged heat exchange surfaces.

Piston

  • Extra compact with three segments.

  • Material: special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content with low thermal expansion with application of tin on the sliding walls.

  • CNC machine tool machining

  • Lightened and reinforced.

  • Enlarged heat exchange surfaces.

Segments

  • Compression - specials with high sliding and very high mechanical resistance, made of chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.

  • 1st scraper ring - in chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.

  • 2nd scraper ring - three-piece made of special steel, chrome-plated.
