H ere maxi kit Ø70mm piston pin Ø15mm MALOSSI for Piaggio, Aprilia, Derbi, Vespa ... 125cc. As usual MALOSSI has made a powerful, solid, torquey and very high-end kit. 
This little monster will project your displacement from 125cc to 187cc real extreme performance. MALOSSI has found the perfect stroke / diameter ratio for this thermal unit, this cylinder tightened without any problem supported by your original crankshaft. 
He is already racing in competition and in endurance, that is to say if he is tested… Let’s now rather see how MALOSSI did to increase the performance of the high engine, he obviously did not stop and increased the diameter of the piston cylinder! Here are the technical characteristics of the kit:
Cylinder
Material: primary aluminum alloy with a high content of quenched and tempered silicon, cylinder liner with application of silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and crossed smoothing by two diamond passages, with very strict tolerances.
Machining: by high precision CNC machine tools.
Cylinder-piston couplings with a coupling tolerance of 0.05 mm.
Recalculated and enlarged heat exchange surfaces.

Extra compact with three segments.
Material: special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content with low thermal expansion with application of tin on the sliding walls.

Compression - specials with high sliding and very high mechanical resistance, made of chrome-plated S10 spheroidal cast iron.
