-Material: primary aluminum alloy with a high content of quenched and tempered silicon, cylinder liner with application of silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and crossed smoothing by two diamond passages, with very strict tolerances.
-Machining: by high precision CNC machine tools.
-Cylinder-piston couplings with coupling tolerance of 0.05 mm -Recalculated and enlarged heat exchange surfaces.

Piston

-Extra compact three-segment.
-Material: special aluminum alloy with a high silicon content with low thermal expansion with application of tin on the sliding walls.

Segments

-Special with high sliding and very high mechanical resistance.

Cylinder head V4 HEAD

-Exhaust valve increased to ø 22.2, material Nimonich 80 (alloy of nickel, chrome, titanium and aluminum).
- Intake and exhaust spring in pre-hardened and stabilized chromium-silicon steel with recalculated load good for the increase of engine power.
