The best aluminum kit for HONDA Wallaroo and PEUGEOT fox 50 and PEUGEOT 103 from MALOSSI. The aluminum cylinder features a very sturdy high-end, well-bored nycasil treatment. The intake transfers are 6 in number and the exhaust is simple oval in shape, the diagrams are very good and well set in the middle torque / high revs.
Its 45.5mm diameter will offer you approximately 65cc of real displacement with the original crankshaft stroke, it lends itself very well to the game of long stroke, which gives it demonic diagrams. It does not have a decompressor output, which offers more performance, we offer the decompressor channel option before sending.
The pack includes 0.30mm carbon valve slats (for fox engine), the 2 piston clips are C-shaped, a set of special exhaust wedges (spacers) ... This cylinder is renowned for its solidity and its performance, the piston is made of two domed hard chrome segments, it has side lubricators and a rear reopening for better sweeping.
The architecture of the transfer ducts is excellent and their bead blasting is really good and appreciable with a slightly increased front unlike the POLINI motori and others. Level finish we would give a score of 7/10. It also has a jet for the original carburettor.
I'm hesitating between MALOSSI cast iron and MALOSSI aluminium, what should I take ?
The aluminum MALOSSI has less difficulty in extracting the heat calories from the engine, so we can afford to run with a poorer air / gasoline richness, with an aluminum, a very explosive mixture which gives a light orange spark plug is acceptable, then that it will rather be necessary to aim for a dark red, blackened on a cast iron cylinder.
In addition, an aluminum cylinder accepts a tighter compression ratio of almost 13: 1 while a cast iron cylinder will not support more than 12.5: 1. Finally, the aluminum cylinder with its high expansion rate , offers more freedom to the piston for high speeds, that said, it is also a little more fragile, it must be heated properly so that the aluminum expands.
Ultimately, the MALOSSI aluminum cylinder is a very good base, robust, reliable, efficient, which lends itself well to the game of long stroke also for a good engine preparation.
We recommend it with at least : reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings, long transmission to exploit the full performance, cold racing spark plug, carburation d.19mm, racing exhaust.
Attention, not recommended with the MALOSSI cylinder head, indeed, it gives a bad squish and a too high compression ratio, prefer a POLINI 46mm cylinder head, control your compression ratio to obtain approximately 12.5 to 13: 1 maximum, the squish can be between 0.9 and 1.2mm.

As an option we offer you a preparation of the hole for the passage of the decompressor, but also a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagram and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
