Description

Finally available, here is the new G1 S-RACE kit from MVT for PEUGEOT 103, FOX and HONDA WALLAROO engines. G1, this kit is therefore an air-cooled model, which preserves the legal displacement of 50cc! Purists will certainly wonder, but does he really deserve this G1 designation?

And the answer is clearly yes! With enormous diagrams (130/132/193 °), its gigantic 3-part "double bar" type exhaust port, its studied exhaust duct diameter, its single-segment steel piston with side grease nipples, .. .

We are therefore talking about a real competition kit! The core used for manufacturing is none other than that of the AGP (Alain Gaudou Production) engines of the time! Level finishes, we can not say that we are on a quality at the height of BIDALOT, MALOSSI (finishes, piston, treatment, ...) but it is an affordable and very powerful kit.

This 50cc kit obviously has large lateral transfers, so you will have to align your engine casings! The cylinder head supplied has a larger architecture and studied for better cooling, its chamber is frustoconical, polished finish, chamber volume of 3.2cm3, mounting with an O-ring like all good competition kits. This engine will seek at least power ranges of the order of 11,500 revolutions per minute! This is not a kit we recommend for every day but rather a competition / fun piece!

Attention, in view of the diagrams, you need a nice configuration to make this engine "talk"! Racing exhaust like the GIANNELLI SPORT or better, variable advance ignition, reinforced and well balanced crankshaft (BIDALOT, POLINI, DOPPLER ENDURANCE ...), racing variation to exploit the more than 10,000 turns, thick carbon valves, carburetion in 15 phbg great minimum (SHA prohibited). SP 98 with 2 to 2.5% 100% synthetic oil.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port, improvement of the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
