The sides are 2 in number, there are 3 backs, 2 blind link transfers (GILARDONI special system), and a central real. The piston is a very specific real vertex, it has an L segment for the top and a standard for the bottom. It is open especially in front of the cylinder blinds, it also has side grease nipples.
The exhaust is a model booster like all new GILARDONI, the diagrams are not very high which goes very well with the bi-segment and the base type origin. This cylinder is really special and very powerful. It is not well coupled but will reveal its performance in the towers ... As on all GILARDONI the nykasil used here is a very high end. Really a real rare 50cc cylinder whose reputation is well established.
It comes with an exhaust alignment block! Fit it if your exhaust is a flange mount by 2 screws, do not mount it not recess if you have an exhaust fixed by threaded ball joint Ø32mm. You will notice the architecture really well created, the sides really pulls back, the exhaust boosters are very well placed, the channels are as well defined ...
We recommend this kit with at least : carburettor 15mm PHBG, reinforced crankshaft quality, Reinforced C3 game bearings, exhaust type BIDALOT G1 replica or other model, variator racing or modif of drive to exploit higher speeds ...

In option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
