A very good kit, really very high-end, in very high quality aluminum treated with nicasil, we know all MALOSSI kits for their nicasil treatment and materials, high-end design. The Ø45.5mm bore offers real 63.57cc in combination with the original Peugeot 103 39.1mm stroke. The piston is a model with high silicon content, reinforced short and with two segments, this piston has side grease nipples, moreover: it has a small preparation allowing a better opening of the rear transfer for a quality sweep. His reputation is well established. We regret all the same that this cylinder does not have luxury segments (hard domed chrome) unlike the MALOSSI 70cc air cylinder. (*corrected since 2021).
It has 6 intake transfers, the side transfers to the joint plane are quite large and structured in such a way as to obtain even more performance (increased on the front), we are on a diagram of 120° / 122° for the 'admission. The cylinder head is high compression is in a hemispherical and polished combustion chamber, everything is really well finished, nothing to complain about this type of beautiful material, some have done up to 20,000 km on liquid MALOSSI . This cylinder is quite torquey from its diagrams, a good preparer by reworking particularly the duct and the exhaust diagram will be able to draw a lot of horsepower. The side skirt is also to be lowered because it obstructs the filling.
The exhaust is a normal oval model with a diagram around 177°, this allows all the same much more solidity than a W, a normal exhaust is also much easier to rework. This kit is identical to the Malossi air but in liquid so simply better cooling and obviously offers higher performance, a more racing look and additional safety. We do not communicate minimum or maximum power because it depends on your test benches! Crankshaft output, wheel output,… and especially your equipment.
We will regret that the rare exhaust version with bar and mono segment no longer comes out... (or CVF intake cylinder version). We would have even liked to push the vice with a two-part stud cylinder head and a graphite VERTEX piston, too bad that mopeds no longer interest the big brands to the point of releasing this kind of madness... You will recognize on this kit the great quality and MALOSSI 's head start in terms of processing, finishing and architecture!

Preparation advice : increase the exhaust diagram to 183° for more power without too much loss of torque and without risking too high a difference between intake and exhaust! The exhaust can be greatly enlarged. You can lower the skirt on the lateral sides and on the back because it obstructs the filling / sweeping! You can also fit luxury segments because this model comes with normal segments.
We advise to accompany this kit with at least : carburation Phbg 15mm, carbon valves, competition spark plug, expansion exhaust, crankshaft and reinforced bearings.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
Another option, STAGE 2 preparation! Passage on diagrams of 128° / 130° / 190°! It is also possible on request to prepare / align it for installation on a long stroke on diagrams of 130° / 132° / 192° for example! Preparation that transforms the kit into a real monster exploiting speeds of more than 11,000 rpm, to be accompanied by a large configuration (thick valve slats, ideally variable ignition, variation exploiting more than 11,000 RPM, flexible carburation in 23 a 28mm....).

ATTENTION, before purchase select the kit with or without decompression, the version with decompression has a hole and thread to position your decompression. The kit can be delivered to you in gray or black depending on MALOSSI arrivals. We cannot choose the color. We had grays and blacks between 2010 and 2019, Since 2019 they always come in Gray!
