WARNING, for owners of HONDA wallaroo and PEUGEOT fox, a special kit provided for these engines is now available, so do not use this kit which is provided for PEUGEOT 103 only.


Finally a small torquey and solid 70cc kit that does not require a large configuration or crankcase preparation in order to be well accompanied! This small cast iron kit from POLINI has 6 real interior transfers and 1 addition to the rear valance. It is 46mm in diameter in normal exhaust, not the W, joint plane level it is in small transfers. It is therefore not necessary to machine the casings or to change them.


Ideal therefore to change the origin without too many modifications! Its piston has side grease nipples, a rear preparation for better sweeping and 2 fairly wide segments (1.5mm) which allows it more torque and recovery than at high speed, the bi segment by slowing the idle revolutions also wear. We recommend it for everyday riding (outside France because it is not homologated), it is really solid and does not require a lot of equipment. For a bit more advanced and high speeds, we should not hesitate to increase the exhaust diagrams! But this non-retouched cylinder already offers much more power, whether in torque acceleration or top speed!


It has the decompression outlet, its bore and finish are very clean. I insist, it's really the torque, the solidity and the acceleration that are targeted here, not the high speed. Moreover, we still recommend it with good bearings and reinforced crankshaft. We do not communicate minimum or maximum power because it depends on your test benches! Crankshaft output, wheel output,... and above all your equipment, for example maximum power is really maximum, with special exhaust diagrams, special carburettor, maximum preparation, special long stroke connecting rod, internal rotor ignition without lighting, special valve housings, competition variators, pulley clutch, special settings… It has a decompressor outlet, its bore and finish are very clean. As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
