Attention, not approved and prohibited on the road, reserved only for competition.

Here is an Asian version of the 70cc liquid kit W 6 transfers for PEUGEOT 103. Clearly more affordable than an Italian brand version, however, it is not worth the quality of Italian! Quality control, aluminum ingots, nicasil, pairing... Everything is obviously discounted to see a more affordable price be offered! There remains, for a reduced price, a nice base of engine preparation! It takes over the advantages of the Italian kit, namely:

-6 transfers of admission

-Escapement in W

-Piston mono-segment

-Aluminium with nicasil coating

-High compression cup with hemispheric chamber

....

It is therefore a cylinder kit to be accompanied by a good sports exhaust, a large carburation, crankcases racing or at least, original crankcases aligned to the base of the cylinder... From the base, this cylinder has low diagrams and targets rather low speeds (around 7,500 to 8,500 rpm), obviously, a preparer can take it further. But in the latter case, it is strongly recommended to take a high quality Italian version with a nice pairing! A beautiful honing, piston and high-end coating...

*Warning, delivered without base joint and without central cap joints! Plan a joint game POLINI if you want to have the complete kit ready to pose!

Installation instructions

Advice for small preparation: in order to operate more high speed without losing too much torque, you will be able to pass on diagrams: ech 187° / lat 129° / ar 126° with a rate at 14,5 : 1, this type of diagrams will greatly increase the engine power without harming its good behavior. Accompany this type of preparation with cap polishing, exhaust polishing and combustion chamber polishing.

The skirt is also to be reworked as well as the base!

-shut up d.46mm black high compression

-a single segment piston with side greases d.46mm

-a reinforced axis treated anti wear original diameter

-2 piston clips ( spindle) type crab

-1 extra fine segments reinforced hard chrome-plated

-pack reinforced head joints-clamp screw-paper base joint

-copper exhaust joint


As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation for +/- 10 500 rpm,
this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the back skirt is included as well as a finish of the intake lights. Count a little extra time for this preparation! The price is due to the complexity of working the exhaust in W and the fragility of processing on these cylinders, which makes it one of the most difficult cylinders to work.

 

Optionally, we offer a 2 course preparation aimed at 13,000 rpm, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, we pass on a diagram of 190°, admission side: we arrive on a diagram of 129° lateral / 128° scanning, this preparation completely metamorphoses the kit. An improvement of the back skirt and piston is also included. Very heavy preparation to accompany a carburation of 24 to 25mm, variable ignition, ultra reinforced crankshaft, variation exploiting the 13 000 / 13 500 rpm, crankcases POLINI with adaptor lock valves RRD, TPR V.FORCE valves or MALOSSI VL18 from AM6... Delivered with the right data (special extra fine head joint) for the squish and compression ratio (we aim at minimum 14:1 with this engine preparation). Count an additional time for this preparation! The price is due to the complexity of working the exhaust in W as well as the fragility of processing on these cylinders, this makes it one of the most difficult cylinders to work, on a large preparation like this one, the hours are numerous.

*On request, transfers to the base can be modified or left stock, on request, we can also adapt this preparation to the long run RRD!!!
