CYLINDRE
Very beautiful finish, beautiful quality honing
To make this cylinder, the TEAM MVT simply took its old moulds from its AGP competition cylinders and MVT, and they modified it, sublimated to turn it into 70cc! Is it necessary to recall that cylinders MVT of this guy we've already won G1 competitions?
On the cylinder, we have very beautiful lights to the pack, we feel we're on a real competitive cylinder! Big filling! Clearly, it will be necessary to align your transfers to the pack, and view the size, on some carters, eventually reload the cardr to the weld (cold or real). It's really too good to see such channels and such a nucleus on a 70cc PEUGEOT 103.
For the diameter, we are on a diameter of exactly 45.95mm. So it gives you 64.83cc on the original 39.1mm race of PEUGEOT 103 and 69.81cc on the 42.1mm long race RRD.
The cylinder does not have a thread to take the standard M32 rotules of the MBK type, it is damage, but MVT test to hold prices contained.
The cylinder obviously does not have a decompressor hole.
Intake transfers are 6, and there's nothing to say, they're at the top! The exhaust light is the famous double bar of AGP / MVT,we love to work with these cylinders, we have come out wonders on the 50cc, and on a big diameter, we do not even imagine what it is possible to come out, it will be monstrous!
The set comes with 3 pack joints to make the squish!!! And a bolt of jackass for the ass. No pot joint.
PISTON
The piston is a beautifully charged piston, they can present a few small foundry craters, but it doesn't matter. We are on a pre-rod steel mono segment of very good quality in 1mm thick to release the high speeds.
Let's remember it's 45,95mm. Attention, to stay on production costs contained, MVT only offers the original rating for its pistons! When the piston cylinder set has too much play, we will change the whole.
The length of the piston is 47mm, which is all made sufizing to butcher the escape from the PMH. The compression height is 16 + 12 / 2 or 22mm. The segment ergot is in the back central position.
The axis is in Ø12mm, standard, delivered with G-clips.
The weight of the piston is 80 grams, without axis or clips or segment, which is heavy enough for a Ø46mm, at the same time, with 47mm length, it's no wonder and we can "regrate" a little to this level.
*Warning, don't forget the game at the cup, on this double bar, we presume 0.22 to 0.25mm.
DIAGRAMMES
For diagrams, in mathematical survey. We raised 129° at the intake (127° at the rear intake), and around 182° at the exhaust! It's really good diagrams! Stock, you will have a power regime around 9500 laps, and you will be able to exploit a large carburation with this cylindrical.
And prepared, by taking the escape around 190°, you will go pick up the 11 500 laps, for something absolutely demonic!!!! Because there's a big filling behind, and there's extraction seen the exhaust...
CULASSE
We have a very beautiful ass with a beautiful squish area, we feel it was developed by a motorist. Hemispheric room polished finish, cooling zone increase, it's really top!
We specify that it is a varnishing joint and that it is a slightly incoming room to have a firewall! Be careful (it's great to say) during your montages, cross clamping, gently, and at the couple at 12nm!!!
MVT we announced around 13: 1, again, mathematically, we fell on 13.8: 1, it seems high with a diagram of 182° to the exhaust. But we think that the majority of people will climb their diagrams around 190° / 129° / 127° in all cases...
With such a rate, in all cases, we will turn to SP98 + OCTANE BOOSTER, 3% MOTUL 800 ROAD, oil that will not lower your octane rate and that will well protect the beast!!! The SP95 is banned.
MVT advocates a squish a 0.7mm see 0,8mm, view that the piece just came out, we recommend you in any case measure your room volume. And we invite you to calculate your compression ratio.
AWHERE AWARE THE WORLD? Who's the beast talking to?
This thermal group is aimed at connoisseurs, it is strictly no use to recommend it to papi who wants to be a discreet ride with his friends.. We are here to ingest mixture, blow it up, and extract it, and everything is there to be able to do it on big diets!!!
Mono segment, huge exhaust light, big embalming transfers, big ass, 129° at admission... We're not here to laugh!
Stock, we recommend it with a very reinforced and very high quality vilo (POLINI, BIDALOT...), an alignment of the pack or carters racing, a 21mm carburation, an ignition MVT PREMIUM, a good variator operating well the speeds of 9500 towers, and ideally an exhaust MALOSSI VT! A grade 9 candle seems correct.
Prepared with an exhaust diagram, we recommend it with a pot MVT SP2, obviously, it's the only pot that keeps the road on powerful configurations like this! A carburation in Ø23 see Ø26mm, a good ignition MVT PREMIUM, to come tickle the 12,500 rpm power speed. A grade 10 candle seems appropriate to us!

Optionally we offer you an internship preparation 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the piston and skirt stock is also included in this modification. Count an extra time for this preparation!
