Here is the AIRSAL T3 kit with admission in W. This model is reserved for Peugeot 103 mounted in air cooling. Much more efficient than a 50cc kit and yet so inexpensive ... It was designed to have performance, torque and above all to preserve maximum strength with simple assembly! Clearly this kit does not require large equipment to function properly!
An exhaust of relaxation or even of origin, a reinforced crankshaft (or of origin if the configuration is minimal) with a small carburation in 17mm PHBG (recommended) will be enough to make this cylinder work well. The admission in W will allow a formal improvement of the quality of the scanning compared to a simple rear transfer on casings 2 or 3 transfers, it will also allow to have a wide admission with a small rear transfer, this system also works wonderfully on the first generation PEUGEOT 2 transfer cases. The lateral transfers are therefore two in number, you will not have to touch up your housings to align this kit, it works very well on original housings.
The piston is a two segment model including a domed chrome for the top. The dual segment will slow the race and offer more torque / solidity despite the high speed. The piston has undergone a microblasting on the cap, this type of act is done to avoid detonation. The diagrams are quite high compared to many 70cc on the market, the exhaust is a normal oval model. In short, this high engine will be a good companion for the roads of the countries which authorize it because it is very solid, torquey and its recovery is good! The increase in power next to an origin will be very well felt. A superb quality / performance / price ratio.
We recommend that you accompany this kit with at least : detent exhaust (or origin on small coupling configuration), reinforced crankshaft with C3 clearance bearings (or origin if small configuration), carburetion in 17mm PHBG + pipe 19 PHBG + flap of valves 0.30mm carbon (15mm carburetor may suffice on small config), candle index 9 at NGK, cylinder head d.46mm ( POLINI fontione very well with this kit). If you want to improve its performance, a small alignment ring can be welcome with an exhaust fixing flange 2 screws!

Optionally we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
