Here is the most upscale air-cooled Peugeot 103 kit from the Spanish manufacturer AIRSAL, it is the T6 model as 6 transferencias in Spanish or 6 transfers in French. This model is excellent value for money, it is made of aluminum and has a very high quality nicasil treatment. It does not have much to envy the biggest on the market especially with such a ridiculous price, remember that it still has a domed hard chrome mono-segment (or bi-segment depending on the manufacturer's request. , the bi-segment working equally well on this architecture and these diagrams), 6 transfers and an exhaust with boosters for barely 60 euros ...
Its 46mm diameter offers real 65cc in combination with the original Peugeot 103 race, it really has nothing to do with performance level with the 50cc kit, with good settings and good equipment we quickly arrive at quite astonishing performance for Peugeot 103. The exhaust is a model with boosters for more power, it has 2 rear intake transfers for better sweeping, the sides are greatly increased compared to the origin and the number of 4.
The skirt is well designed in relation to a lot of 70cc Peugeot 103. The diagrams are however very low exhaust level and the boosters are very small, a good preparer can easily increase the performance of this kit! The piston is a top-of-the-range model in chrome mono segment of the 1mm thick convex to allow the highest speeds. The finish is pretty good, the lights are not necessarily perfectly aligned with the PMB but for such a price! You will still strongly value the quality / performance / price.
Attention during our last deliveries we received this cylinder with a BI SEGMENT pistons. No return will be accepted for this reason. AIRSAL has quite simply made evolve its product for more reliability.
We recommend that you accompany this kit with at least : 17mm PHBG carburetion with 19mm PHBG pipe and 0.30 / 0.35mm carbon valves, rebound exhaust, crankshaft and reinforced bearings C3 to C4 clearance depending on preparation, cylinder head d.46mm (the parmakit fontione wonderfully on this cylinder), cold racing spark plug.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
