Description

Attention, ignition without lights, only reserved for competition, prohibited on the open road.

Here it is finally available, the brand new BIDALOT RACING FACTORY ignition with internal rotor (RI). This model is exclusively created for and reserved for competition, so it has no lighting or power supply. The rotor / stator group remains identical to the old BIDALOT DIGITAL ignition, it is the famous PVL competition group with finned rotor (ref: 9956) for cooling, the high voltage coil is also still the reference 466 1 01 and the stator 1048.



Clearly a high-performance, powerful, stable, solid PVL unit... The plate is machined from solid and anodized in TITANIUM blue color like the other FACTORY accessories, for example the silencer of the already famous high passage exhaust. The novelty is clearly on the plate and on the CDI module which integrates a brand new ignition curve always more advanced and worked (ref 141 40 110 BIDALOT), this curve is specially dedicated to the thermal group / crankshaft BIDALOT FACTORY 80cc with its exhaust and the rest of the configuration.



BIDALOT has therefore released an internal rotor ignition with variable advance more accessible in terms of price and more efficient as well as more careful, a very complete manual is provided to you. In addition, all the hardware is present (the reinforced crankshaft nut too), the anti-parasite and the high voltage cable are also part of the lot, the anti-parasite is a competition model with PVL 401 222 resistive 5kΩ olive.

Settings recommended by BIDALOT (they remain identical to the old standard digital PVL model).

Race 39.20mm: from 5.8 to 6.2mm before TDC
Stroke 40.00mm: from 5.8 to 6.2mm before TDC
Stroke 42.00mm: from 6.2 to 6.6mm before TDC
Race 43.00mm: from 6.4 to 6.8mm before TDC
Stroke 44.00mm: from 6.6 to 7.0mm before TDC
Race 45.00mm and 44.90mm: from 6.8 to 7.2mm before TDC
Stroke 46.00mm: from 7.0 to 7.4mm before TDC

Attention, a bad advance adjustment can cause you to lose power and detonation, overheating, tightening, piston drilling... And always remember that the ignition adjustment and the installation of a racing ignition must always be accompanied by an adjustment carburetion (main jet).
