Here is the MVT COMPETITION Service Course (SC) exhaust for MBK 51, perfectly adapted to 50cc cylinders but also 70cc with large diagrams of the G1, G2, G3 type which turn around 190 / 200° of diagram at the The exhaust is a real muffler made in the rules by a welder - engine manufacturer, it is not built by a simple welder... That is to say that the muffler is made in such a way as to be properly welded, the welds are well tapped, relaxed for a good resonance, this is partly what differentiates a real competition pot from a flat copy which will come out on the test bench, on average 20% less. If you don't believe us, try like us: a copy of G2, a DOPPLER ER1, and this exhaust on a high-performance and sharp engine, the difference is totally astounding... We also found on the test bench, more more power with this exhaust than with a real vintage NINJA G2 (we're not talking about the replica...).
-The body of the pot is rolled and welded by hand with a high quality 0.8mm (8/10mm) thick sheet metal, the resonance noise is therefore present, but on a 2T, resonance is performance! !!
-The silencer, 220mm long and 60mm in diameter, is fitted onto the leak tube. It is held by 2 springs
-The extension ring to be installed between the elbow and the ball joint optimizes performance at low and midrange.
-Being a competition pot the body is not varnished to preserve its resonance! So grease it from time to time, or varnish it (at the risk of losing resonance, and therefore performance).
-Fixing of the pot: right on square swing arm
-Delivered without joint
*Ultimately, this real competition pot, if it is in good hands, will produce excellent performances. Useless to use it with low diagrams, useless to use it without mechanical knowledge allowing to exploit the good modes with valves, bearings, ignition advance, adjustment variation... In adequacy.
