P2R offers you a good compromise to start afresh with a 100% complete engine! Original type, its quality, design and study are very good.
With its Ø40mm, nothing is changed or improved. The original type aluminum cylinder has 3 intake transfers, the cylinder head is also original type, as well as the two-segment piston; the RRD team appreciated the overall finish which is excellent. The crankcases too, the aluminum used for this block is of high quality and will provide good engine cooling.
The crankshaft which equips this engine is a normal crankshaft of origin in half-masses, in bristles of 17mm for the side ignition and 20mm for the side variator. The bearings and the spy joints are obviously fitted and supplied.
The clutch is also mounted on the engine and comes with it. Also of good quality, it will provide good grip when you start / accelerate.
On the "ignition" side, the equipment is also very good and well studied. Original type, it will not give you more performance than an original but will be just as reliable.
The admission is accompanied by an original type pipe diameter 19mm as well as original type fiberglass valves too, so you can install your original SHA type carburetor.
You will therefore understand that this complete assembled engine is a very good compromise between price / quality / reliability! It is ideal for those who want to start afresh without worrying about breaking down on every corner.

As an option, we offer a STAGE 1 preparation , this preparation includes a selection of the best part from our stock, a marked improvement in the shape and the exhaust diagram, an alignment of the crankcases and the intake as well as a special retouching of the skirt and piston according to our best tests. This preparation requires an additional period of 2 to 10 days depending on our availability! It requires tools and around 1h30 of work on this cylinder. The price is therefore accordingly.
STAGE 2 preparation: STAGE 2 preparation consists in making the engine more reliable by making it much more efficient! We pass on a high engine AIRSAL T3 W Prepared in 70cc !! A 15mm SHA carburetor is pre-adjusted, MALOSSI fiber valves, a 15mm intake pipe. A DOPPLER ER2 variator is also placed on the engine and an improvement of the clutch is made! Everything comes pre-set ready to work! (provide a BR9HIX spark plug, a quality resistive anti parasite, a good CDI 12V RACING with this engine). The original parts of the engine are also sent to you (pipe, valves, variator, cylinder, piston, segments, clips, axle, seal ...).
