Here is a small pack that we offer you for two purposes, to save you money and to offer you the right choice, the parts which go well with each other. This liquid engine pack is reserved only for Peugeot SP, MV, MVL, LM… On certain Peugeot 103s, the mainspring cannot be installed!
This pack consists of a set of complete engine housings with bearing and admission, these large POLINI housings will allow you to amplify engine performance thanks to a direct passage and much better directed valves. They come with a pipe of 15 and one of 19 for PHBG!
We recommend with our pack a carburetor from Ø19 to 22mm in any case. The valves are the 4-blade models with ABS casing, they have the right thickness of the blades to use the right speed, these blades are made of carbon. The bearings included are reinforced models, there are also the studs, the oil seals…
Clearly they are very well suited to the high engine delivered here, it is the famous 70cc aluminum W liquid cooling kit. This high engine is very well based between torque and high speed. The alignment of the cylinder with the crankcase is pretty good! A slight touch-up could be done but it's almost useless ...
Attention, you will not have the possibility of decompressor, you will have to use an electrical circuit breaker to turn off the machine. Apart from all these accessories we have added 3 items, the POLINI brand handles, a POLINI coolant container and a small POLINI oil dispenser. This pack also contains an adjustable competition motor spring + a starter pedal in order to manage the power to the variation.
We recommend accompanying this pack with a minimum : reinforced crankshaft, 19 to 22mm PHBG carburetor, racing air filter, racing spark plug (normal B9 for running in and adjustment), modification of variator or complete variator to exploit the right performance regime, racing exhaust suitable for diagrams like the POLINI TOP ONE or other model.

As an option, we offer a STAGE 1 preparation, this preparation includes a selection of the best part from our stock, a marked improvement in the shape and the exhaust diagram, an alignment of the crankcases and the intake as well as a special retouching of the skirt and piston according to our best tests. This preparation requires an additional period of 2 to 10 days depending on our availability! It requires tools and around 1h30 of work on this cylinder. The price is therefore accordingly.
