Here is a small pack that we offer for two purposes, save you money and offer you the right choice, the parts that fit well with each other. This pack of parts POLINI is intended for models Peugeot 103 SP, MVL, MV, VOGUE, LM ... It is not assembled on SPX, RCX, MVX and CLIP.
This pack consists of a set of crankcases complete with bearing and intake, these small casings POLINI will allow you to amplify the engine performances thanks to a direct passage and valves much better directed. They come with a 15 and a 19 pipe for PHBG!
We recommend with our pack a carburettor of Ø19 or 21mm anyway. The valves are luxury models bonded with viton, they have the right thickness slats to exploit the right regime. The bearings included are reinforced models, there are also studs, joints spy ... Clearly are very well adapted to the high engine here delivered, it is the famous kit 70cc aluminum W. This high engine is very well based between the couple and the high regime.
The alignment of the cylinder with the housing is pretty good! A slight touch could be made but it is almost useless ... With this high engine we put you the proper breech. The POLINI is the only breech on the market to offer you the right squish area with this high engine. The PARMAKIT would be very good on this high engine but we want to offer you the possibility of a mono brand pack.
In addition, the breech POLINI offers you the possibility decompressor! Apart from all these accessories we have added 2 items, the POLINI brand handles and a small POLINI oil dispenser.
We recommend to accompany this pack with minimum : reinforced crankshaft, cylinder head or decompression system, carburetor PHBG 19 or 21mm, racing air filter, racing spark plug (B9 normal for break-in and adjustment), variator modification or complete variator for exploit the good performance regime, racing exhaust adapted to diagrams such as POLINI TOP ONE or other model.

As an option, we offer you a STAGE 1 preparation, this preparation includes a selection of the best part of our stock, a clear improvement of the shape and the exhaust diagram, an alignment of the housings and the admission as well as a special retouching of the skirt and piston according to our best tests. This preparation requires an additional delay of 2 to 10 days depending on our availability! It requires tools and about 1:30 working on this cylinder. The price is accordingly.
