Complete motor assembled by us for your PIAGGIO CIAO BRAVO, BOSS, GRILLO, SI... Warning, extremely high performance engine, provide a chassis accordingly! Carburettor outlet on the side, rest entire side plastic cover not modified impossible!

This engine consists of:

- A crankcase POLINI allowing to receive large kits and carburettors flexible mounting, model with valves

- A carburettor mounted soft in 17mm in line with the engine

- With a 43mm reinforced crankshaft in axis plus 12mm specific full weights for valve motors

- A kit POLINI FONTE 72cc 3 studs

- Electronic full ignition POLINI with its balancing disc for full mass crankshafts

- Electronic full ignition POLINI with its balancing disc for full mass crankshafts

* Optionally, we offer a stage 1 engine preparation with an improvement of the crankcase and cylinder for more performance!

This engine comes with transmission spi joints, but without exhaust and without transmission! You will need to place a version clutch without a dimming or a dimming device depending on the version of ciao you have, so you need to plan the nut, clutch and/or dimming device, belt ...

*Prepare a good escapement, a B8HS candle for winter and a B9HS for summer. Oil MOTUL 800 ROAD has 2.5% in SP98. Rodage of about 2 full or 200 km. You can use any filter designed for CP carburetors! Plan for CP sprinklers of 60 / 65 / 70 / 75. In general, we start on this engine with a 65 (exhaust output still hitting the engine on CIAO).
