Description

RRD PERFORMANCES 75cc engine for MOTOBECANE, MBK machines with AV7 engine. For users wishing to preserve the admission to the cylinder and the AV7 architecture without switching to the AV10. Engine with an almost square race with its bore / stroke of 45 X 44.9mm. This engine is built to take high power and speeds of 10,000 / 11,700 RPM. It comes preset with a sharp lowering of the carburettor jets PHBG, necessary on engines without reeds.

This engine is the most efficient for AV7, we equip it with :

- ARTEK normal stroke crankshaft

BARIKIT 45mm stock, or prepared STAGE 1, or prepared STAGE 2 with diagrams of 180° / 124° (stock diagrams, 107° / 149°)

-Culasse POLINI RADIAL FIXATION bass calibrated to give 12.5: 1 compression ratio, target squish 0.9mm

- 19mm PHBG carburetor preset specifically for this engine (lowered 40 idle jet, 74 main jet)

MALOSSI 19mm intake pipe

-B8HS spark plug

- MVT PREMIUM ignition set specifically for this engine with this stroke (0.2 after TDC)

-E8 air filter with blocking hole in filter / carburettor to prevent it from rotating

- Hardware required for engine mounting including set of long P2R cylinder head nuts

-Seals required for engine mounting including the fine reinforced MALOSSI cylinder head gasket

*If desired, you can remove the cylinder head or other part from the pack and choose another part in your basket! You can also choose to remove the carburation. Or remove the ignition and choose a less expensive one from your basket.

*Attention, engine delivered :

- Without the BR9HIX spark plug highly recommended after running in / adjustment

- Without the DOPPLER ER2 clutch pulley (recommended)

- Without DOPPLER ER2 or ER3 variator (recommended, take version without clutch)

- Without the yellow DOPPLER mainspring (recommended)

- Without belt (recommended, the fine HUTCHINSON 5324, according to chassis)

-We also recommend the purchase of 2.1 gram rollers for the DOPPLER ER2 drive, therefore in 16X13mm. If you take the ER3, no need for pebbles or weights.

It is up to you to obtain voltage regulator, high voltage cable... If desired. (parts offered at the bottom of this product)

*Recommended DOPPLER ER1

* 300KM break-in, MOTUL 800 oil at 2% or even 2.5%, SP98 no more than 2 months old, octane booster recommended.

**When ordering, do not select the variator with clutch!!! To have the clutch, you have to buy the clutch pulley separately!
