Following the new change of pollution standard for the 2-stroke PIAGGIO / APRILIA / DERBI group had to release a new engine called euro 4. There is therefore a different ignition system compared to the previous engine.
This new engine is flanged mainly thanks to its CDI. MALOSSI responded quickly with this brand new unbridled CDI. Very good quality, it is there to replace the original one by unclamping the ignition and thus no longer be limited in the towers. It takes exactly the same shape and same connection as the original CDI you will have no adaptation or adjustment to do on your bike.
More expensive but also much more efficient than the CDI P2R, this one allows access to the landing of 15 000trs minutes! This CDI offers the best possible management of the ignition advance.
