Here is the Malossi enhanced transmission engine crankcase for PIAGGIO CIAO/ PX/ SI/ Bravo/ Superbravo/ Grillo/ Boss 50cm to VARIATOR ONLY.
Malossi also faced the challenge of whether it was possible to improve the gearbox while remaining in the defined mounting space without further modifications on the vehicle.
With its die-cast aluminium gearbox, Malossi managed to respect the construction space while designing a well-thought out reinforced gearbox, including the gearbox cover.

- Internal wheel axis bearing 15 x 21 x 12.

- 4 gear transmission bearings 9 x 13 x 12.
- FKM spi joints.
To be used as a complement for optimal performance:
- To seal the housing, the silicone Loctite 5926 or Athesil
- For models A VARIATOR ONLY: Transmission long allowing for better peak speed or short for better acceleration and'rear wheel shaft
- For lubrication, the excellent Motul transmission oil 80w90
- For the change, the multivar variatorfly Clutch clutch and the bell malossi clutch for exceptional performance in addition to a 4 pin Big Deps kit and MP-One crankcases for full Malossi equipment!
