Description

For competition machines with PEUGEOT 103, MBK 51 chassis or "OPEN, G3..." type competition chassis.

Here are the excellent MVT G4 housings, center distance 52 x 52mm.

Whether in terms of aesthetics or performance, they are clearly better than cut-off scooter casings!

These crankcases are real competition crankcases entirely designed for pure performance!

Their solidity will allow them to withstand the greatest powers without breaking, they have a gas vein, a perfectly designed intake!

Here is the information needed to build your competition or hybrid engine based on MVT G4 crankcases:

- The crankshaft can be the MVT SC reference VI42 long stroke 43mm connecting rod 90mm or the MVT SC G2B reference VI41 short stroke 39.7mm connecting rod 85mm.

These two crankshafts are mounted in the crankcases with standard 6204 bearings and MVT oil seals reference SPIG234. On these crankshafts, you can mount MINARELLI AM6 cone or standard DERBI cone ignition rotors, on the variator side, you can mount large cone competition variators such as MALOSSI MG / MVR, BIDALOT and others.

- The high engine to be installed is a high engine with a center distance of 52X52mm and a maximum cylinder barrel of 55mm (otherwise you have to machine bigger)! You can therefore install high MINARELLI AM6 or DERBI EURO 3 engines on which you will have taken care to block the water outlet at the bottom of the cylinder (epoxy cold welding or aluminum welding) and on which you will have taken care to drill a side water outlet! Otherwise, you can also install the high MVT 50cc COMPETITION G3 engine reference HM40 (to install with the MVT G2B VI41 crankshaft).

- Ignition, you can mount MINARELLI AM6 / DERBI cone level ignitions on the MVT crankshafts provided for these crankcases, but you will need a custom plate. Otherwise, there is the complete MVT DIGITAL DIRECT DD25 ignition or you can mount an MVT DD from MINARELLI AM6 / DERBI using the PLA17 ignition plate specifically designed for these crankcases.

- Intake, MVT has provided a huge intake with valves with a center distance YAMAHA MVT The intake pipe will therefore also be a YAMAHA YZ 65 or 85 center distance pipe, otherwise, you can install the MVT intake pipe reference PIP17.

- Motor mounting, you can use the MVT mounting kits reference RBG3G4 for competition chassis, the MVT support reference RCG2B 103 for mounting on a 103 SPX, RCX, FUN, MVX or CLIP chassis and the RCG2B 51 support for the fixing the engine springs on MBK 51 in complete solidity! On the MBK 51, you will have to manage a cylinder head/chassis fixing!

In any case, keep in mind that this type of assembly requires adaptation and work, nothing is really "plug and play" on competition engines!
