For your larger configurations on PEUGEOT 103 spx / rcx / clip: MALOSSI complete housings are a real economy coupled with real technical performance. They are in large admission and delivered with a pipe on studied for carburettor 19 / 21mm with a valve box and a venturi MALOSSI vl6, they offer the advantage that you can put all the valves and pipe of derbi 50cc (6 speed very close de am6) and even why not the V-FORCE by tassirani valves from TPR 8 blades coupled with a short malossi d.28 viton de derbi pipe (or am6 with small simple adaptation) with a mikuni TM24 carburettor, for having made it the experience is very efficient.
You will be able to mount a huge intake (up to 28mm by fitting derbi 6 speed euro 1/2 accessories) as well as choose to stay on the 19 / 21mm diameter carburetor with flexible or rigid sleeve coupled to the pipe relatively well studied, short and micro-blasted which has horizontal anti-rebound gas bars, MALOSSI VL6 valves with KARBONIT MHR 0.30mm thick slats and venturi (diffuser) designed to have no losses or dispersion with the delivered pipe with the housings.
The alloy unlike POLINI housings is of very high quality as is the finish which is almost flawless, the dead volumes are for the most part removed and these housings are specially designed for MALOSSI kits in large transfers (special form Malossi) like the MALOSSI 70cc or 50cc aluminum kits. To put a kit of another brand in large transfers you will have to rework slightly.
They also have the advantage of being micro blasted at the admission and at the transfers but polished at the level of the crankshaft passage so perfect for a big power, extreme high speeds, easy adjustments, no rebounds of the throttle… Even the bearing lubrication has not been forgotten and reviewed for correction. Have really appreciated these housings which are in our eyes the most efficient, studied and robust existing for SPX / RCX / CLIP.
The admission which is essential (especially on Peugeot 103 which is not spoiled of origin level sweeping and power) is really great and studied as well in its form as in its size in order to offer power and excellent sweeping. The integrated motor mounting is appreciable. Plus aesthetic level, I think everyone agrees, they are beautiful. Attention, provide bearings and spy joints original size because not provided in this pack. At any level for this piece, we would ask a big 10/10 for faith.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Pair of reinforced crankcases with integrated frame fixing and
large-range valve admission. New very elegant design,
large dimensions, compact, light and solid structure. Obtained by
high strength special aluminum alloy die casting
mechanical and worked in controlled work centers
digital controlled by very high precision computers.
With this project, Malossi has planned a couple of housings really
universal, perfectly interchangeable with the original one, which
gives two chances: the first to obtain an engine with
outstanding sports performance using Peugeot parts;
the second to have a real special Malossi engine, in
mounting the Malossi parts (crankshaft, thermal unit, kit
carburetors and muffler).
The housings are fitted with a 4-blade check valve made from
carbon, carburettor pipe PHBG 17-21, variator housing support,
gasket kit, fixing screws and all that is necessary for the
Assembly.

A pipe specially designed for MALOSSI housings. It is very short with good diffusion, micro-blasted and with horizontal bars to avoid any gas rebounds. Clearly a very well worked pipe which will be accompanied by a VL6 valve box or other AM6 valve and a 21mm carburetor.
