The well-known and renowned POLINI casings for PEUGEOT 103 SPX, RCX and CLIP Attention, they do not fit on PEUGEOT 103 sp, mv, mvl, lm ... For those who are eager to install POLINI casings on their Peugeot 103 but who wish also ask bearings more upscale like packs we do, who also want to install more high-end studs like MALOSSI and finally seal better spy like TNT we offer these cases "naked".

They are therefore complete casings but without bearings, spy, and studs. This has the advantage of leaving you some of the other equipment, but also to be much cheaper! They still have everything on the picture, namely: screws, 2 intake pipes of different sizes (one for SHA 15mm and one for PHBG 17.5 to 19mm), a braid mass, a muffler support, instructions ...

The admission is pretty big, it will accept a carburetor 21mm without difficulties, the intake side crankcase is micro ballasted in the rules of the arts and the passage crankshaft polished correctly.

The architecture is reviewed and corrected for better delivery / distribution, more pre compression by filling dead volumes ... Obviously the transfers of the casings are expected to be associated with a large kit.

The pipes are however polished inside and not micro-blasted, something that a good preparer will reverge in micro billage before assembly! The valves are mounted with 2 slats to a division of 0.35mm thick fiber, they have stop slats unfortunately not drilled.

Have a strong appreciation of the engine mount incorporated in the housings and mounted on rigid silentblocs! Power level, with a good kit, a good carburation and variation, as you tell that there is something to fly in relation to very bad Peugeot 103 original cases that have a architecture, a sweep and admission very bad and poorly studied. We regret a fairly fragile alloy, so care must be present during assembly / disassembly!

 

We advise at least to accompany these cases : crankshaft reinforced normal bristles, kit cylinder / piston / cylinder head racing, carburetor 15 to 21mm, racing candle, air filter racing ...
