Description

The well-known and renowned POLINI casings for PEUGEOT 103 SPX, RCX and CLIP Attention, they do not fit on PEUGEOT 103 sp, mv, mvl, lm ... Their biggest advantage is that they are very complete while being powerful, in this pack everything is delivered, reinforced bearings for crankshaft natural bristles, studs, joints spy and normal joints, two intake pipes of 2 different sizes (15 and 19), competition valves, casings, a braid of mass, a little screws, instructions ... In short they are really 100% complete.

The admission is quite large and worked with a good direct passage, it will accept a carburetor 21mm and more easily, a good preparer can mount a 24 in a flexible assembly to feed large diagrams.

The intake side crankcase is micro ballasted in the rules of the arts and the crankshaft passage polished properly. The architecture is reviewed and corrected for better delivery / distribution, more pre compression by filling dead volumes ... Obviously the transfers of the casings are expected to be associated with a large kit. The pipes are however polished inside and not micro-blasted, something that a good preparer will reverge in micro billage before assembly!

The valves are mounted with 2 slats to a division of 0.35mm thick fiber, they have stop slats unfortunately not drilled. Have a strong appreciation of the engine mount incorporated in the housings and mounted on rigid silentblocs! Power level, with a good kit, a good carburation and variation, as you tell that there is something to fly in relation to very bad Peugeot 103 original cases that have a architecture, a sweep and admission very bad and poorly studied. We will regret a fragile alloy that asks for care during montages! These casings remain a must in the world of PEUGEOT 103.

We advise at least to accompany these cases : crankshaft reinforced normal bristles, kit cylinder / piston / breech racing, carburetor 15 to 21mm, Racing candle, Racing air filter ...
