If you want to preserve low consumption while having more performance than with a SHA or other model for endurance or the road for example, the PHBG model will be a very good compromise. This low-cost carburetor is of very high quality and has a multitude of adjustments: richness screw, idle jet, needle valve ... This model is the DS (also exists in BD, AD, DD, CS black edition model , or BS), this model is priced for base with the black edition model.
It is flexible mounting with a cable choke, you can also switch it to a lever choke without difficulty. Compared to the SHA carburetor, this model is much more precise, efficient in recovery, acceleration and peak speed. This model has a separate lubrication, you do not have to use it and it is originally delivered with a shutter on this socket. This model also comes with a black intake tulip! This tulip improves performance and is in Ø40mm, so you can put a fixing Ø40mm filter or remove this tulip to install a standard Ø PHBG Ø32mm filter.
Advice : accompany it with a rigid pipe with sleeve or direct flexible 19 or 21mm, carbon valve slats, pipe as much as possible aligned with the valves, you can simply use an original air filter but also a horn. Provide a range of jets from 76 to 95 depending on the filter used.
