Ultra racing fluid to change more frequently than a simple brake fluid, high boiling point at 312 ° C.
Racing Brake Fluid 600
Factory Line
100% Synthetic Competition Fluid - DOT 4
Very high boiling point: 312 ° C / 594 ° F
For brake and clutch control
USES
For all hydraulic brake and clutch control systems for which a silicone-free synthetic fluid is recommended. Specially designed to withstand the very high temperatures of hydraulic controls for racing brakes (steel or carbon) and clutch.
Also exceeds DOT 3 and DOT 5.1 standards, except for viscosity at -40 ° C / -40 ° F.
PERFORMANCE
STANDARDS FMVSS 116 DOT 4 / SAE J 1703 / ISO 4925
Extremely high thermal resistance and stability:
The very high boiling point (312 ° C / 594 ° F) of MOTUL RBF 600 FACTORY LINE is superior to conventional fluids DOT 5.1 (260 ° C / 500 ° F mini) and DOT 4 (230 ° C / 446 ° F mini), and therefore allows braking efficiency to be maintained even when the brakes are under extreme stress.
Efficiency in rainy weather:
The very high wet boiling point (204 ° C / 399 ° F) of MOTUL RBF 600 FACTORY LINE is superior to conventional fluids DOT 5.1 non silicone base (180 ° C / 356 ° F mini) and DOT 4 (155 ° C)
/ 311 ° F mini), and therefore helps maintain braking efficiency in rainy weather. Indeed, brake fluids DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 have the property of absorbing moisture from the air, which lowers the boiling point and increases the risk of the appearance of the "vapor lock" phenomenon. ". The wet boiling point is measured after moistening the product with 3% water.
USAGE TIPS
Avoid mixing with lower performance polyglycol-based brake fluids.
Do not mix with mineral (LHM) and silicone (DOT 5 silicone base) liquids.
Aggressive chemical product towards hands, paints and varnishes.
In case of contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly.
PROPERTIES
