Cylinder block of 9mm RRD special cylinder PARMAKIT Ø50mm for Peugeot 103 / fox & wallaroo

Advanced version of our 9mm shim for cylinder base, specific PARMAKIT Ø50mm air or liquid cylinder version, with a machined skirt foot at Ø54mm and large intake transfers. Made of very high quality machined aluminum. Made in LUXEMBOURG for RRD , laser force-feeding, very high manufacturing quality. Original shape to be adaptable to all cylinders. Allows the installation of long stroke crankshafts / long connecting rods (in combination with base gaskets and 125mm elongated studs, with a PARMAKIT Ø50mm kit).

This shim also allows less machining of the crankcase, given that it goes up the cylinder by 9mm, you will only slightly machine the cylinder skirt foot passage in your crankcase! The 9mm thickness gives you room for gaskets on the base gaskets, the squish, the diagrams...
