Goal

It was considered theoretically and practically all existing bearing systems for sale, ball, roller and radial sliding metallic type, all the evidence given unsatisfactory results.

Thesis
The component described above fixes the following issues.
For the amplitude of the change curve, the bushing of the movable pulley (torque control) slides axially in the driving pulley group skimming the hub of the fixed pulley, a small rotation described by printing a twist to the contrast spring . Sometimes the spring loses its position rubbing on the metal plate carries masses of dry metal, and other times it remains integral in determining contrast forces fortuitously different.
